Erin - Director of Operations
Erin is Northside Chiropractic's Billing Specialist. She loves to help patients understand the often complicated insurance language. She is always available to help patients with any insurance questions, whether the questions relate to medical benefits, services billed, or insurance explanation of benefits.
Erin is also available to patients who simply do not wish to bill insurance for their chiropractic treatment. She is willing to sit down with patients and figure out the best cash plan that will work for both parties. In her free time, Erin loves to spend time with her husband and son. She lives every moment with her son to the fullest. She also loves to read and play piano in her downtime.
Jordan - Front desk Manager
Jordan is a chiropractic technician who earned her associate's degree from Moraine Park Technical College through the chiropractic specialist program. She has been working in the chiropractic field for over 6 years. She excels in interferential and ultrasound therapies, cold laser therapy, patient histories, and X-rays. She enjoys all the versatility that comes with her career.
In Jordan’s free time, she enjoys kayaking and being outdoors with her husband and their two huskies.
