Techniques Offered

KST or Koren Specific Technique is a healing technique used to correct misalignments and stresses in the body. KST helps release physical and emotional stresses while improving function and natural healing.

Cox Technique is an adjustment technique that uses flexion and distraction to help decompress the spine. This technique helps increase disc space allowing reduction of pressure on nerves as well as helps improve motion to the spinal joints.

Gonstead is a specific, precise, and accurate adjustment addressing the bio-mechanical problem areas and restoring optimal health by locating and correcting any interference to the nervous system.

Diversified is a classic manual chiropractic technique taught in all chiropractic colleges. It address bio-mechanical problems in each section of the spine.

Instrument Adjusting is an alternative to manual adjusting through the use of three different pieces of special equipment. It has a high level of accuracy and effectiveness, and is safely used.

Palmer Package is a system of chiropractic adjusting that utilizes portions of the Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, and Palmer Upper Cervical techniques.

Thompson Drop is a gentle technique that uses a segmental drop table. The special table allows the force of the adjustment to safely and comfortably carry the joint through its normal range of motion, allowing correction of the problem area.
